摘 要:商务汉语教师需求调查问卷的相关数据显示,目前商务汉语师资具有高学历化、年轻化、科研潜力大等优势,同时存在"外语能力和现代教育技术能力"不够高、"学术成果和学术交流"不够多、"现有师资知识结构不能适应商务汉语专业的教学需求和学科发展的需要"等问题。要解决这些问题,需要从加强跨文化意识、扩充商务知识以及提升相关能力等几个方面进行培训。联系培训动机、培训内容、培训时间等相关因素,实行主题讲座式的岗前培训和兼职进修为目前较为有效的培训渠道,而根据培训内容构建灵活多样的培养模式,制定商务汉语师资培训标准,形成商务汉语师资培养的长效机制,是解决商务汉语师资问题的关键所在。Through the analysis of statistical data of questionnaire of Business Chinese language teachers, we found that business Chinese teachers have the advantages, such as high academic qualification, young and great po- tential for scientific research. At the same time, their foreign language skills and modern educational technology ca- pacity are not high. and their current academic achievements are not sufficient. Especially their exiting knowledge structure cannot adapt to the needs of this professional development of the subject. To solve these problems, busi- ness Chinese teachers need more training content, like cross-cultural awareness, business knowledge and other five abilities. Considering the training motivation , training time and other related factors, we proposed pre-service training for the new teachers and part-time studies as the two main training channels, and to attend lectures as the short-time training. It is of great significance to build a flexible training model, to develop business Chinese teacher training standards, and then to form the long-term mechanism in order to meet the social needs of business Chinese language teachers.
