妊娠期智齿冠周炎的中药治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨中药治疗妊娠期智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法将60例妊娠期智齿冠周炎患者按不同治疗方法分为常规治疗组28例和中药治疗组32例。2组患者均采用0.9%氯化钠注射液行阻生牙冠周和盲袋的冲洗,并于牙龈盲袋内置入碘甘油。在此基础上,常规治疗组采用0.9%氯化钠注射液含漱,同时给予头孢西丁钠治疗。中药治疗组采用自拟中药含漱汤加减及自拟冠周清解汤加减治疗。3 d为1疗程,症状明显好转后停药。结果中药治疗组患者总有效率、治疗时间与常规治疗组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论采用中药治疗妊娠期智齿冠周炎有较好的疗效,是一种治疗妊娠期智齿冠周炎的较理想的方法。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Chinese herbs on wisdom tooth pericor-onitis in pregnancy.Methods Sixty pregnant patients with wisdom tooth pericoronitis were divided into routine treatment group（n=28）and Chinese herb treatment group（n=32）.All patients received primary treatment：impacted tooth crown and gingival pocket were rinsed with 0.9% sodium chloride injection and then iodo glycerin was dipped into gingival pocket.On this basis,routine treatment group was given 0.9% sodium chloride injection mouthwash and cefoxitin sodium treatment,while Chinese herb treatment group was given modified treatment with self-made Chinese herbal mouthwash decoction and pericoronal febrifugal and antipyic decoction.3 day course of treatment significant improvement in symptoms arter discontinuation.Results There were no significant differences in total effective rate and overall treatment time between the two groups（all P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment with Chinese herbs is an ideal and effective method for wisdom tooth pericoronitis in pregnancy.
