摘  要:为降低驾校教练车的油耗与排放,将普桑LX燃油教练车改制为电动教练车,基于电动教练车动力性能指标参数,进行了动力系统匹配设计;提出电机与离合器直联和皮带联的驱动联接方案,使用advisor软件分别对直联、皮带联接的电动教练车进行动力性能仿真,最后进行了动力性能试验.仿真与试验结果表明:2种联接方式的电动教练车动力性能均满足设计要求,但直联明显优于皮带联,且可在12%的坡道上完成起步,续驶里程也基本满足场地教练车的要求;设计的直联电动教练车可在驾校中推广应用.To reduce the fuel consumption and emissions of fuel driver-training car, the santana LX fuel driver-training car is transferred to electric one and the dynamic system matching design is com- pleted based on the dynamic performance of electric driver-training car. The direct and belt drive connection program of motor and clutch are proposed and the dynamic performance simulation with advisor software for the direct and the belt electric driver-training as well as the dynamic perform- ance testing are carried out. Simulation and test results verify that dynamic performance is accord- ance with the designed dynamic requirements no matter what kinds of connection mode, while the dynamic, economy and efficiency of the direct electric driver-training car are better than that of the belt electric driver-training car. Both can start the gradeability at 12 % and the driving range basical- ly meets the driving range requirements of the fuel driver-training car. The test results show that the designed direct electric driver-training ear can be widely used in driving school.
