浙江省名优茶产业可持续发展对策研究

摘　　要：浙江省名优茶产业结构合理,产量产值屡创新高,发展态势良好,但浙江仍面临采摘劳动力严重短缺、生产成本大幅上升、产业组织化程度不高、产业附加值不高等主要问题。本文针对浙江省名优茶产业发展的现状及问题,提出推动其名优茶产业可持续发展的若干对策措施。Recent years,the yield and output value of famous tea product reached its new peak and the development situation was good for the rational famous tea industry structure in Zhejiang province.However,the problems of severe shortage of labor forces,substantial increase of enterprise operation cost,low level of industry organization and low added value and so on,were still outburst in Zhejiang tea industry.This paper focused on the situation and problems in the development of famous tea industry in Zhejiang province,and the several strategies and solutions solving those problems were proposed in order to promote its sustainable development.
