摘 要:目的比较超临界CO2流体萃取和石油醚索式提取黄瓜籽油的效果。方法分别用超临界CO2萃取和石油醚索式提取方法,提取黄瓜籽油,测定黄瓜籽油的理化常数并分析其脂肪酸组成。结果与索式提取比较,超临界CO2萃取所得黄瓜籽油的得油率高,颜色较浅,酸值较低,碘值、皂化值和酯值均较高;黄瓜籽油中不饱和脂肪酸含量为85.27%,其中亚油酸含量高达77.78%。结论超临界萃取所得黄瓜籽油的质量优于索式提取的黄瓜籽油。Objective To compare the effects of supcrcritical carbon dioxide( CO2 ) fluid was extraction versus soxhlet extraction of cucumber seed oil. Methods Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technique and soxhlet extraction technique were used repectively to extract cucumber seed oil. The physical and chemical constants of cucumber seed oil were detected and the composition of fatty acid was analyzed. Results Compared with soxhlet extraction, CO2 fluid extraction had higher rate of oil, lighter color, lower acid value, higher iodine value, saponification value and ester value. In cucumber seed oil extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction, the content of unsaturated fatty acid accounted for 85.27%, and linoleic acid was up to 77.78% in it. Conclusion The quality of cucumber seed oil extorted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction is better than that extracted by petroleum ether soxhlet extraction.
