肺癌患者自我效能、家庭关怀度与术后康复的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解肺癌患者自我效能、家庭关怀度与术后康复的关系,为临床治疗及护理提供相应的依据和指导。方法方便性抽样选取2011年6-9月山东大学附属省立医院胸外科收治的原发性肺癌患者共100例,采用一般资料问卷、健康促进策略量表及家庭关怀度指数问卷对其进行测评,评价患者术后康复情况并分析患者自我效能、家庭关怀度与术后康复的相关性。结果肺癌患者的自我效能平均得分为(92.01±25.02)分;家庭关怀度平均得分为(7.23±2.35)分。分析显示,患者自我效能水平越高,术后康复越好;家庭关怀度水平越高,术后康复越好。结论自我效能和家庭关怀是促进肺癌患者术后康复的重要因素。医护人员应通过心理疏导与支持、设置合理目标、选择示范对象等增强患者的自我效能;通过对家属进行有效的健康教育,强调家庭关怀对康复护理的重要性等提高家庭关怀度,从而促进患者的顺利康复。Objective To investigate the relationship among self-efficacy,fatal habilitation in lung cancer patients and to provide corresponding basis and gu y care and postoperative redance for clinical treatment and care. Methods From June to September 2011,100 lung cancer patients were separately evaluated with self-efficacy,the Strategies Used by Patients to Promote Health （SUPPH） and the Family APGAR Index. The postoperative rehabilitation was observed and the correlation among self-efficacy, family care and postoperative rehabilitation in the patients were analyzed. Results The average score of self-efficacy was （92.01±25.02） and the family care was （7.23±2.35）in the lung cancer patients. There was a positive correlation among the self-efficacy, family care and the postoperative rehabilitation. Conclusion Self-efficacy and family care are important factors to promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer. Medical staff should enhance the patients＇self-efficacy through psychological counseling and support ,setting a reasonable target and selecting the demonstration objects. The successful rehabilitation can be promoted by enhanced family care of the patient ＇s family members by an effective health education and em- phasis on effect of the importance of family upon rehabilitation nursing.
