摘 要:专业设置是落实人才培养目标的规划蓝图和实施方案。在终身教育理念下,研究专业设置和课程体系建设是指导教学设计、课程实施等教学改革的依据,也是人才培养模式改革和教学质量评价的依据。当前开放大学专业设置结构不够合理,课程体系照搬传统高校,未能形成自身的特色,这影响了人才培养目标的落实。从已有的改革实践来看,开放大学应结合行业和区域经济的发展需要,科学、灵活地设置专业,强调知识与能力并重、专业教育与职业教育相结合,加强行业、区域性特色专业建设和课程建设。同时,开放大学应与行业、企业等用人单位联合制定人才培养方案,促进专业培养目标与职业资格标准的有机衔接,增强专业、课程的针对性和实用性。Specialty setup is the blueprint and implementation plan for the fulfillment of talent cultivation goals. Under the concept of lifelong education, research in specialty setup and curricula system is the basis of instruction design and curricula implementation, as well as the basis of the reform of talent cultivation mode and assessment of instruction quality. At present, the specialty setup of the Open University of China (OUC), borrowed from traditional colleges, is neither characteristic of 0UC nor suitable for it, which has impeded the fulfillment of its talent cultivation goals. Existing reform experiences reveal that the OUC should be more reasonable and flexible in specialty setup, emphasize both knowledge and competence, and meet the demands of industries and regional economics by providing specialties and courses with industrial and regional features. At the same time, OUC should collaborate with industrial and business employers in designing talent cultivation plans, and adapt specialty training objectives to professional qualification standards, so as to make the specialties and courses more practical and purposeful.
