摘　　要：装备制造业属于战略性产业,是国家和社会发展的重要支柱,其发展水平是国家综合国力和竞争实力的重要体现,同时装备制造业也是陕西工业和国民经济发展的重要推动力。为此,在综合多位国内学者研究成果的基础上,进一步明确了自主创新的概念,并设计了陕西省装备制造企业自主创新能力评价指标体系,以此提升陕西省的核心竞争力和促进该区域经济的健康发展。Equipment manufacturing industry belonging to the strategic industry is the important pillar of national and social development. The level of its development really reflects the comprehensive national power and competitiveness. Meauwhile, equipment manufacturing industry is the important impetus for the develop- ment of Shaanxi industry and national economy. Therefore, based on the integration of research results made by many domestic scholars, the concept of independent innovation is clarified clearly, and then the evaluation in- dex system about the independent innovation capacity of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shaanxi prov- ince is designed so as to improve the core competitiveness of Shaanxi province and promote the healthy devel- opment of regional economy.
