摘　　要：目的　探讨角膜移植术后病人外周血免疫功能的动态变化。方法　检测26例行带环形巩膜全角膜移植术(CST)和76例部分穿透性角膜移植术(PKP)病人的术前和术后不同时期体液与细胞免疫指标,并进行对比分析。结果　角膜移植病人的细胞和体液免疫术前与术后比较有显著差异(P<0.05),带环形巩膜全角膜移植术病人体液免疫持续时间较部分穿透性角膜移植术组延长,细胞免疫持续时间差异无显著性。结论　带环形巩膜全角膜移植术后体液免疫较部分穿透性角膜移植反应程度高,可能是排斥率高的原因之一。Objective To explore the immunity of total cornea with circle lameller sclera transplantation(CST) and part penertrating keratoplasty(PKP).Methods Twenty six cases of CST and 76 cases of PKP were observed and compared on T cell subset and their pre operative and post operative humoral immunity were analyzed.Result The existing time of humoral immunity of CST was longer than that of PKP,but there was no significant changes in T cell immunity between the two groups.Conclusion The existing time of humoral immunity in CST was longer than that in PKP,one reason may be that the rate of rejection in CST is higher.
