摘　　要：目的　探讨综合疗法治疗儿童弱视的疗效。方法　随机对65例(117眼)弱视儿童进行验光配镜、遮盖治疗及作精细目力训练等综合治疗。结果　屈光不正性弱视的治愈率是61.87%,屈光参差性弱视的治愈率是83.34%,斜视性弱视的治愈率是41.76%,前2种弱视与后一种弱视的治愈率相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。Objective To make a research into the effects of treating children with amblyopia with general therapy.Methods 117 eyes of 65 cases were treated by using the therapy of eyeglasses,eye shades and eyesight exercise.Results The curative rate of ametropic amblyopia,anisomethropic amblyopia and astrabismic amblyopia was 61.87%,83.34% and 41.76% respectively.The curative rate was significantly higher when the former two were compared with the latter one( P <0.05).Conclusions The general treatment proved to be good.
