眼前段外伤修复并Ⅰ期人工晶状体植入术

摘　　要：目的　探讨眼前段损伤修复、外伤性白内障摘出并人工晶状体植入联合手术的可行性。方法　对21例角膜裂伤的外伤性白内障行角膜裂伤修复、虹膜复位、白内障摘出并人工晶状体植入。后囊完整者期划开后囊膜。结果　术后视力>0.5者13例(61.9%),后囊混浊率33.3%,无感染发生。结论　联合手术可减少多次手术对伤眼的损伤,不会增加术后感染和后囊混浊的发生率。Objective To study the effects of combined operation of repair anterior segment of traumatic eyes,cataract extraction and IOL implantation.Methods 21 cases of corneal rupture and traumatic cataract were performed with cornea suture,cataract extraction and implantation of posterior chamber IOL.Results The follow up period was 5mo^6a visual acuity of 0.5 or better was in 61.9%(13/21),the postcapsular opacity was in 33.3%,no infection occured in all cases.Conclusion combined operation can decreas the injury in comparison with seperate procedures,and can increase the rate of postoperative infection and postcapsular opacity.
