摘　　要：目的：探讨中枢神经系统肿瘤ＣＤＫＮ２基因的丢失情况。方法：采用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）对８１例脑、脊髓肿瘤手术标本中ＣＤＫＮ２基因的丢失情况进行了检测．结果：胶质瘤ＣＤＫＮ２基因丢失率为６０％，且高级别胶质瘤基因丢失率显著高于低级别肿瘤；脑膜瘤、神经鞘瘤、垂体腺瘤及转移瘤亦存在不同程度ＣＤＫＮ２基因的丢失。结论：ＣＤＫＮ２基因的丢失与中枢神经系统肿瘤的发生。Aim: To evaluate the occurrence of CDKN2 gene alterations in tumors of central nervous system. Methods: Fre- quent homozygous deletions of the CDKN2 gene were detected in 81 cases of brain and spinal cord tumor resection specimens by PCR method. Results: The deletion rate of the CDKN2 gene was 60% in gliomas and was significantly higher in high grade gliomas than in low grade gliomas. The CDKN2 gene deletions were also detected in meningiomas, neurinomas. pituitary ade- nomas and metastatic carcinomas to a different degree. Conclusion: CDKN2 gene loss might bear some relations to the tumor occurrence and transformation in central nervous system.
