载脂蛋白E基因多态性与缺血性脑血管病的关系

摘　　要：目的：载脂蛋白Ｅ（ａｐｏＥ）基因多态性对缺血性脑血管疾病（ＩＣＶＤ）发生的影响。方法：临床筛选６７例缺血性脑血管病病人，利用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术进行ａｐｏＥ基因位点的扩增，然后用Ｈｈａ　Ｉ酶切ＤＮＡ扩增产物，进行限制性片断长度多态性分析（ＲＦＬＰ），检测他们的ａｐｏＥ基因型，并与正常对照组比较，并同时检测血脂水平及血流变学指标。结果：ＩＣＶＤ组与健康对照组 ａｐｏＥ基因型分布无显著差异，不同类型 ＩＣＶＤ组 ａｐｏＥ基因型分布亦无显著差异．结论：ａｐｏＥ基因多态性不是缺血性脑血管病的危险因素。Aim: To investigate the role of apolipoprotein E (apoE) polymorphism in pathogenesis of ischemic cerebrovas- cular disease (ICVD). Methods: We used PCR-RFLP method to detect apoE genotypes of 67 patients with ischemic cere- brovascular disease, and compared it with that of age and sex-matched normal control group. And we detected their plasma lipid levels and hemorheological characteristics at the same time. Results: ApoE polymorphism showed no significant differ- ence between patients and healthy controls. and no difference was found between patients with atherothrombotic stroke and those with lacunar infarction. Conclusion: ApoE polymorphism is not a risk factor for ischemic stroke.
