转化生长因子-α放免分析法及其在恶性肿瘤诊断中的初步应用

摘　　要：转化生长因子 -α(TGFα)片段和甲状腺球蛋白经戊二醛偶联而成为免疫原 ,用它免疫新西兰兔 ,获得抗体 ,建立了高灵敏度的TGFαRIA。批内和批间CV分别为 4 .4 %和 8.0 %。回收率平均为 97%。 32名正常人血清TGFα参考值为 5.9± 1.6 pg/mL。消化道肿瘤患者血清TGFα水平高于正常人 ,初步结果表明血清TGFα可作为一项肿瘤标志物。To study clinical application of transforming growth factor-α(TGFα),rabbits were immunised by TGFα coupled with thyroglobulin(TG), and a specific antibody was obtained. High sensitiively detective method of serum TGFα was developed in the article. The intra-and inter-batch coefficients of variation were 4.4% and 8.0%,respectively. The average recovery rate was 97%. The levels of serum TGFα in 32 normal persons were 5.9±1.6pg/mL, and these in patients with some grastrointestinal tumor were higher than in normal group( P < 0.05 and P <0.01). The results of primary study showed that the determination of serum TGFα levels may be a marker of some tumor diagnosis.
