摘  要:利用光镜和计算机图像分析系统观察了6月龄藏猪和三元杂交(长白×约克×杜洛克)生长肥育猪(简称白猪)的肺组织结构和肺动脉血管结构特性,并就藏猪的肺组织结构特点与高原低氧适应性进行了探讨。结果表明:(1)藏猪与白猪单位面积肺泡数(MAN)差异不显著(P>0.05),但藏猪肺泡膈厚度(MAST)明显大于白猪,差异显著(P<0.05),肺泡膈内毛细血管丰富;(2)藏猪的肺动脉大多为肌性动脉和弹性动脉,白猪的大多为部分肌性动脉,弹性动脉仅占23.1%;(3)藏猪肺动脉管径小、管壁厚,肺动脉中膜基层占血管外径的百分率(MT)高。由此可见,藏猪的肺动脉平滑肌含量丰富,该结果可为藏猪和引进外来猪种对高原低氧适应性结构机理和解决平原地区的动物引进高原并适应高海拔的低氧环境及保持正常的生产能力提供理论依据。The structure of pulmonary tissue and pulmonary artery of 10 Tibetan pigs and 10 three-way crossbred finishing pigs (LandracexYorkshirexDuroc, Abbreviation:White pigs)at six months age was observed and measured by light micro- scope and computer image analysis system to find the relationship between pulmonary tissue structure of Tibetan pigs and its adaptation to plateau hypoxia. The results showed no significant difference in the mean alveolar number per unit area(MAN) between Tibetan pigs and White pigs(P〉0.05); but the mean alveolar septum thickness(MAST) of Tibetan pigs were obvious- ly thicker than that of White pigs(P〈0.05), and rich of capillaries. The pulmonary arteries in Tibetan pigs were mainly mus- cular and elastic arteries; but in White pigs were mostly partial muscular artery and the elastic artery only account for 23.1%. The pulmonary artery diameter of Tibetan pigs was small; but the artery wall thick; and the percentage of medial muscle thickness of pulmonary artery (MT) of Tibetan pigs was higher than that of White pigs. It was indicated that the smooth muscles in pulmonary artery of the Tibetan pigs were abundant, which provided the structural mechanism for its adap- tion to plateau hypoxia for Tibetan pigs and introduced foreign pigs, and the theoretical basis for resolving the problems of introduced animals from plains area.
