摘　　要：在盈利性目标的诱导下,中国近代银行家除了制定严格规范的管理规章,建构诚信稳健的经营机制,还采取诸多措施加强企业文化建设。无论是服务社会的理念、以人为本的管理模式,还是俭素为美的生活方式,虽然是中国近代银行家适应社会环境和追求利润的策略之举,但在提升银行业的竞争力的同时,也展现了其极强的社会责任感和历史使命感。这些与开拓进取、稳健谨慎等一起形成了中国近代银行家独特的经营风格和企业家精神,在一定程度上影响着中国近代银行业乃至社会经济的发展历程。Under the induction of the profitability objective,in addition to formulating strict management rules and regulations and constructing prudent business mechanism, modem Chinese bankers have also taken many measures to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture. The ideas of serving society, the management mode of people-oriented and simple beauty way of life show the modem Chinese bankers＇ strong sense of social and historical responsibility, which, with ＂forging ahead, robust cautious and so on＂, has made the modem Chinese bankers with distinctive management style and entrepreneurial spirit, has influences on the development process of modem China banking and economy.
