摘　　要：日本学者内藤湖南在其《中国史学史》一书中对中国古代史注提出了许多见解,但是许多认识如史注在目录著作中的地位、刘知几的史注观、史注与史评的关系、史书自注的肇始及史书他注的终结等问题与史注发展的实际不一致,很有必要予以澄清。Japanese scholars Naito Konan in its Chinese history in a book on ancient Chinese history note put forward many views, but many knowledge such as history note in the catalog work position, Liu Zhiji＇s history view, history of note in the history of injection, injection history since the relationship between the origin and history of the end of his note issues and history note the actual develop- ment inconsistent, it is necessary to clarify.
