摘　　要：目的 Coben法分析女性恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ2类错畸形患者的颅颌特征,比较安氏Ⅱ2和Ⅱ1类女性患者及正常值间差异。方法 24名女性恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ2类错畸形患者,用Coben法分析其X线头颅侧位定位片,所得结果与安氏Ⅱ1类女性患者及哈尔滨地区正常女性间进行比较。结果恒牙初期女性安氏Ⅱ类错畸形2分类和1分类间的Coben分析法中很多测量项目间差异有统计学意义,且大部分测量结果明显偏离正常值。结论 Coben分析法反映了女性恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ2错畸形患者的颅颌特征。Objective To analyze the skull and maxillofacial features of female permanent teeth at initial stage with Angle class Ⅱ2, and compare them with those with Angle class Ⅱ1 malocclusion in terms of normal occlusion. Methods Lateral cephalograms of 24 female permanent teeth at initial stage with Angle class Ⅱ2 were studied by Coben analysis. Data were compared with those obtained in females with Angle class Ⅱ1 and females with normal occlusion in the region of Harbin. Re- sults Statistical significance was seen in a lot of analytic results in female permanent teeth at initial stage with Angle class Ⅱ2 and Angle class Ⅱl , and most of them strayed obviously away from the normal standards. Conclusion Coben analysis re- flected the integral features of skull and maxillofacial region in the female permanent teeth at initial stage with Angle class Ⅱ2.
