摘　　要：顶岗实习是网络系统管理专业实践教学体系中不可缺少的重要环节,在人才培养过程中起着不可替代的重要作用。指出我校网络系统管理专业在顶岗实习中遇到的一些问题,就这些问题进行原因分析,提出相应的对策解决方法。以此对高职高专院校网络系统管理专业顶岗实习提供一定的借鉴意义,培养更多社会需要的应用型人才。Post practice is important and indispensable link in the network system management professional practice teaching system, plays an irreplaceable important role in the process of personnel training. Points out some problems encountered by the school network system management professional in the post practice, and analyzes the reasons for these issues, and proposes appropriate solution. It provides a reference for the network system management professional post practice, to develop more talents social needs.
