高级生命支持课程培训对基层医院急诊心肺复苏效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高级生命支持课程培训对基层医院急诊心肺复苏效果的影响。方法详细回顾分析2010年1月～2011年12月高级生命支持课程培训后急诊96例心肺复苏患者的复苏效果,与2004年1月～2005年12月未培训时的76例心肺复苏效果对比分析。结果培训组复苏成功率47.91%(46/96)、存活出院人数10.42%(10/96)、脑功能恢复良好人数3.13%(3/96),与对照组比较明显提高,有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。经过培训后医护人员急救操作熟练,培训组除颤操作耗时、气管插管操作耗时、所有急救操作总耗时与对照组相比明显缩短,有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论经过高级生命支持课程培训后,能明显提高基层医院急诊心肺复苏效果。基层医院急诊科应常期不懈地进行高级生命支持课程培训。Objective To explore the influence of advanced life support training courses on emergency cardio-pulmonary resuscitation（CPR） in grass-roots hospitals so as to improve the curative effect.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 96 CPR patients（as a training group） from January 2010 to December 2011（after the training courses） in terms of the effect of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.Another 75 CPR patients（as a control group） from January 2004 to December 2005（without the training courses） were compared and analyzed.Results The cardio-pulmonary resuscitation success rate in the training group was 47.91%（46/96）.The rate of survival and hospital discharge was 10.42%（10 / 96）.The brain function recovery rate was 3.13%（3/96）.In comparison with the control group,the result improved remarkably and had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The training group excelled obviously in operation.The operation for electric defibrillation,tracheal intubation,and all emergency measures took much less time compared with the control group.It was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The advanced life support courses can improve the emergency CPR effect in grass-roots hospitals.The courses should be often and persistently held in grass-roots hospitals.
