摘　　要：高校科技创新对湖南"四化两型"建设有着重要的科技支撑与服务作用.湖南高校科技创新具有学科、人才、平台与创新能力的优势,但由于科技资源配置和科研体制机制方面的问题,创新效率和创新绩效的提升受到制约.湖南高校应抓住"四化两型"建设带来的机遇,克服经费筹集困难、人才争夺激烈、供需对接不顺等不利因素的影响,选择"以科技需求为导向、以体制机制改革为引领、以内部融合集成为支撑、以外部联盟协同为突破"的路径,实现高校科技创新与"四化两型"建设的联动发展.Scientific and technological innovation of colleges and universities has an important role of science and technology support and services in ＂four-changed and two-oriented society＂ construction of Hunan province. Scientific and technological innovation of colleges and universities in Hunan has the advantages of discipline, talent, platform and innovation ability, but as a result of the ploblems in resource configuration of tech and system and mechanism of scientific research, innovation efficiency and enhance the innovative performance is restricted, colleges and universities should catch opportunities, overcome difficulties in raising funds and attracting talents, eliminate the bad effect of butt joint of supply and demand, chose the path ： ＂oriented by the science and technology demand, leaded with system mechanism reform, supported with internal integration, breakthroughed by externale alliance synergy＂, and realize linkage development of the innovation of scientific and technological innovation of colleges and universities and ＂four-changed and two-oriented society＂ construction of Hunan.
