摘 要:中心龙卷流型搅拌槽是一种新型高效节能的搅拌设备,搅拌混合性能优良。运用CFD方法,对其内部流场进行数值模拟,分析比较了3种结构的导流板对槽内流体流动状况的影响,计算了搅拌功率准数并与已有研究成果进行了比较。计算结果表明:①中心龙卷流型搅拌槽的功率准数较小,节能效果显著。②导流板结构不同,对流场会产生比较大的影响。③导流板Ⅲ可在槽中心形成较为理想的中心龙卷流,有利于固体颗粒的悬浮。The central tornado flow stirring vessel is a new installation of the mixer, which is ef- ficient and saves energy resources, and agitating and mixing performance are perfect. The inter- nal flow field of the central tornado flow stirring vessel has been simulated numerically by utili- zing computational fluid dynamics(CFD). The influence of three different structures of the split- ter on fluid flowing condition has been analyzed. The agitating power coefficient was calculated, and compared with the existing researched results. Results indicated that the power coefficient of the central tornado flow stirring vessel was smaller, the effect of energy saving is remarkable. And the structures of the splitter have remarkable effect on flow field of the stirring vessel. Un- der the situation of the splitter Ⅲ , the more ideal central tornado flow can be fcrrned in the center of the vessel. The fluid may obtain the greater axial velocity when flowing through the splitter, thus is advantageous to the suspension of the solid particles.
