国有多品种小批量制造企业组织结构评价体系研究

摘　　要：组织结构评价是组织结构变革的基础,国有多品种小批量制造企业在进行组织结构变革时却将其忽略,通过鱼骨图分析其原因包括评价意识、指标体系、方法及保障体系的缺乏。研究发现国有多品种小批量制造企业组织结构分为常设常规机构、常设非常规机构及临时结构。结合企业组织结构三组成部分,从结构、运行及变量三维度研究并搭建了评价指标体系,采用了模糊综合评价法进行评价,研究了组织结构评价主体、评价流程、评价周期及评价结果运用。研究表明企业组织结构评价应建立合理的评价体系,组织结构管理也应纳入企业日常经营管理工作当中。The organization structure evaluation is the basis of the organization structure transformation, but it has been ignored by the state-owned many varieties of small batch manufacturing enterprises. Through the fishbone diagram, the causes analyzed in this paper include the lack of evaluation index system, the consciousness, the methods and security system. Study finds that the organization structure of state-owned many varieties small batch manufacturing enterprise is divided into permanent conventional institutions, permanent unconventional institutions and temporary structure. Combining with the three parts, we build the evaluation index system from the structure, operation and variables, use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate, study the organization structure evaluation body, evaluation process, the evaluation period and the evaluation results using. Research shows that organization structure evaluation should establish a reasonable evaluation system and the organization structure management should be included in the daily management of the enterprise.
