摘　　要：主要介绍了螺旋滤波器中的主要部件螺旋振子的一种制造方法,通过对螺旋振子结构特点的分析,提出螺旋振子的加工方法。先用数控车对螺旋振子的螺旋槽加工,再通过设计专用夹具加工螺旋振子的长度,零件加工完成采用超声波去除螺旋振子的毛刺。实践证明该方法极大提高了螺旋振子的加工效率,满足螺旋振子的批量化生产要求。同时该方法为类似零件的加工提供了一种参考。In this paper, A solution of manufacturing process of spiral filter is produced. Through analysis the character of the spiral filter, the machining method of the spiral filter is put forward. Firstly the groove of spiral filter is machined by the NC lathe, secondly the length of the spiral filter is machined by the designed clamp and lastly the spurs of the machined part are wiped off by ultrasonic. The method is proved feasible by practice, which can be used for similar article.
