摘 要:目的研究超声提取茜草中大叶茜草素的工艺。方法进行单因素超声提取实验,考察超声功率、占空比、提取时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比等因素对大叶茜草素提取率的影响。结果实验范围内,最适宜的工艺提取条件为:提取时间30min,超声功率600~800W,料液比(g·mL-1)1∶5,乙醇体积分数70%,占空比(s/s)5∶1,在此条件下大叶茜草素的平均提取率为1.07%。结论采用超声提取工艺,提取时间短,方法简单可行,有较高的工业应用价值。Objective To investigate the technology of extracting rubimaillin from Rubia condifolia by ultrasonic-assisted extraction. Methods The optimum extraction process was selected by a single-factor experiment,and the influencing factors included ultrasonic power, duty ratio, extraction time, the volume fraction of ethanol, and the sample to liquid ratio. Results The extraction yield of rubimaillin can reach up to 1.07% under the optimum extraction conditions:extraction time 30 min,ultrasonic power 600-800 W,the sample to liquid ratio(g· mL-1 ) 1 : 5,the volume fraction of ethanol 70% ,and duty ratio(s/s) 5 : 1. Conclusion By using ultra- sonic extraction technology, extraction time is short. The method is simple and feasible, and has high industrial application value
