摘　　要：目的探讨人胃癌组织中Tie2mRNA和Tie2蛋白的表达及其与血管生成的关系。方法以42例胃癌患者癌组织和37例癌旁组织和30例正常胃粘膜组织为研究对象,用RT-PCR技术和免疫组化S-P法检测Tie2mRNA、Tie2蛋白和CD34的表达情况。结果胃癌组织和癌旁组织中Tie2 mRNA和Tie2蛋白的表达均明显高于正常胃组织,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Tie2蛋白随癌肿瘤分化程度降低和淋巴结转移明显增高(P<0.05),但与性别和年龄无明显相关(P>0.05)。Tie2蛋白阳性表达的MVD显著高于Tie2蛋白阴性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Tie2在人胃癌组织中高表达,可能与肿瘤分化程度与淋巴转移有关,并与肿瘤血管生成关系密切。Objective To explore the expression pattern of Tie2 in the human gastric cancer tissue and its role in angiogenesis.Methods The expression of Tie2 mRNA,Tie2 protein and CD34 in 42 cases of gastric cancer tissues,37 cases of gastric-cancer-adjacent tissues and 30 cases of normal gastric tissues were detected by the quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） and immunohistochemical S-P method.Results The expressions of Tie2mRNA and Tie2 protein in the gastric cancer and adjacent tissues were significantly higher than those in the normal gastric tissues（P0.05） The positive rate of Tie2 protein expression was significantly higher in the gastric cancer tissues with lower differentiation degrees or lymphatic metastasis（P0.05）.The microvessel density（MVD） in the gastric cancer tissues with Tie2 expression was higher than those without（P0.01）.Conclusions Tie2 is highly expressed in the gastric cancer tissue.It might be related with the tumor differentiation degree and lymphatic metastasis.It is closely correlated with neoangiogenesis.
