珠海市私立与公立幼儿园消毒质量监测分析

摘　　要：目的分析2008-2010年珠海市私立幼儿园与公立幼儿园的消毒监测数据,比较两者的消毒效果,发现消毒监测差异。方法选取私立幼儿园33间,公立幼儿园23间,比较私立幼儿园与公立幼儿园的消毒监测指标,并计算其相对危险度(RR)。结果私立幼儿园消毒质量样品合格率为81.67%,公立幼儿园合格率90.92%,公立幼儿园合格率明显高于私立幼儿园,合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);公立幼儿园与私立幼儿园比较,物体表面、幼教手面、玩具、餐(厨)合格率差异有统计学意义,公立幼儿园合格率明显高于私立幼儿园。结论私立幼儿园消毒质量比公立幼儿园差,建议加强私立幼儿园的管理。Objective To analyze the data about disinfection monitoring of private and public kindergartens during the period of 2008-2010,to compare the effectiveness of disinfection and to find the difference in the disinfection surveillance.Methods Thirty-three private kindergartens and 23 public kindergartens were enrolled in the study.The indexes of disinfection monitoring were compared between private and public kindergartens and the relative risk（RR） was calculated.Results The qualified rate of the disinfected samples in private kindergartens was 81.76%,while that in public kindergartens was 90.92%.The qualified rate of public kindergartens was significantly higher than that of private kindergartens,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The qualified rates of object surface,children＇s and teachers＇ hands,toy surface,and the dining utensils in public kindergartens were significantly higher than those in private kindergartens,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions The disinfection quality of private kindergartens is poorer than that of public kindergartens.The results suggest that it is necessary to enhance the administration of private kindergartens.
