摘　　要：高校辅导员队伍是高等学校人才培养和稳定工作的一支重要力量,加强辅导员队伍建设已俨然成为高校未来发展的重点方向之一。本文考察了吉林省省属五所师范院校辅导员队伍建设的现状,对完善辅导员队伍建设提出了合理化建议,以期能对高校辅导员队伍建设提供有力支持。Instructor team is now playing an important part in the development of universities.Strengthening the construction of instructor team has become the main direction in the future development of universities.Based on the investigation of construction of instructor team in five Jilin Provincial normal universities,we put forward the reasonable suggestions of improving the construction instructor team in order to provide support for the construction of instructor team.
