摘 要:对ERP项目实施中的知识转移绩效进行综合评价,可以促进知识转移,提高ERP项目实施的成功率,进而提高企业的信息化水平和核心竞争力。本文采用平衡计分卡的思想建立ERP项目实施中的知识转移绩效评价指标体系,并将AHP、DEA、FCE三种方法结合起来,对知识转移绩效进行综合评价。研究表明,B企业因为人力、组织、财务和客户资本状况比较良好,所以知识转移绩效最好。A、C、D三个企业由于其中一个或几个方面发展的不平衡,其知识转移绩效也受到了影响。In order to evaluate knowledge transfer performance in ERP project implementation, promote knowledge transfer, increase the success rate, and improve the level of information and core competitiveness. The paper uses the principle of balanced scorecard establish the evaluation index system of knowledge transfer performance, and combines AHP, DEA and FCE three methods to make comprehensive evaluation on it. The results show that human, organizational, financial and customer of enterprise B are all very good, so the knowledge transfer performance is the best, while the knowledge transfer performance of A ,C and D which is effected by one or several factors is relatively not very good. The paper can not only calculate the relative performance of knowledge transfer for several companies, but also can find out and improve weak point of single enterprise. Therefore, the study is effective and valuable.
