平贝母不同表现类型的总生物碱含量测定

摘　　要：目的确定平贝母不同表现类型是否在总生物碱含量上存在差别,为其育种做准备。方法超声法提取总生物碱,比色法测定含量。结果平贝母常见的绿茎绿叶品系的总生物碱含量为0.1703%,另2种品系——紫茎紫叶、紫茎绿叶分别为0.1807%、0.1830%。结论不同平贝母表现类型在总生物碱含量上没在显著差异,需要转向对其他性状进行分析。[Objective] To identify the differences of the total alkaloid content among the different phenotypes of F.ussuriensis preparing for its breeding. [Method] Using ultrasonic extraction for the total alkaloid and colorimetric method for its content. [Result] The total alkaloid content in the common phenotype （green stem and leaf） is 0.1703%, the two new others （purple stem and leaf, purple stem and green leaf） are 0.1807%, 0.1830%. [Conclusion] The different phenotypes of F.ussuriensis show no significant differences in the total alkaloid content, means that the other characteristics need to be researched furtherly.
