皮肤癌手术治疗62例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察手术治疗皮肤癌的临床远期疗效。方法:对1980年1月—2006年12月手术治疗皮肤癌62例患者的临床资料和随访结果进行统计分析。结果:1,3,5,10年生存率分别为100.0%(62/62),85.5%(53/62),83.9%(52/62),71.4%(30/42)。临床分期和病变部位生存率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0)。头面部病变占50%。结论:皮肤恶性肿瘤手术治疗疗效肯定;临床分期越早,生存率越高。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of surgery to skin cancer. Methods ：Prom January 1980 to December 2006,the clinical data and follow-up results of surgery to 62 patients with skin cancer was analyzed. Re- sults：1,3,5 and 10 year survival rates were 100.0%（62/62）,85. 5%（53/62）,83. 9%（52/62） and 71.4%（30/42）. The clinical stages and pathological changes of survival has statistical significance（P=0）. Head facial accounted for 50 %. Conclusion ：The effect of surgery to skin cancer sure ,the earlier clinical stages,the higher survival rate.
