摘 要:目的了解不同技术职称护士职业倦怠的现状和差异,预防和降低护士职业倦怠,探索有效的改进方法。方法采用整群分层随机抽样方法,随机抽取我市500名执业护士进行问卷调查,所有资料均采用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行录入和统计分析,比较不同技术职称护士职业倦怠的现状。结果护士职业倦怠各维度的技术职称差异显著,职业倦怠总分的在各工作科室组之间的差异更为显著,其中护师组在0.05置信水平上存在显著差异。结论职业倦怠在护士中普遍存在,应引起社会和临床医院管理者的高度重视。Objective To investigate the difference of nurse job burnout in different departments and countermeasures in order to provide refe.and explore effective improvements. Methods Random sample of 500 nurse practitioners in the city conducted a questionnaire survey,using stratified random sampling method,all data are used SPSS 16.0 statistical software for entry and statistical analysis,the different technical titles nurse burnout status quo. Results Nurse burnout dimensions and technical titles significant difference of occupational burnout between the working sections of group differences were more significant group of nurse practitioners in the 0.05 confidence level there are significant differences.Conclusion Prevalence of burnout in nurses, attaches great importance to the hospital managers of social and clinical.
