伽玛刀治疗原发性与继发性癫痫的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨伽玛刀治疗原发性与继发性癫痫疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2002年至2010年接受伽玛刀治疗并且资料完整的155例癫痫病人发作情况,原发性癫痫伽玛刀治疗边缘剂量15～25Gy,继发性癫痫8～20Gy。结果随访时间13～135个月,平均67个月,76例原发性癫痫,有效率68.4%,79例继发性癫痫,有效率79.7%,两者之间无统计学差异,但继发性癫痫满意及显著改善比率较高。结论伽玛刀治疗癫痫安全、有效、且并发症少,继发性癫痫伽玛刀治疗效果可能更好。Objective To explore the efficacy of essential and secondary epilepsy underwent gamma knife.Methods To analysis the epilepsy with the clinical data of 155 patients who had seizure,and treated by Leksell-C gamma knife from 2002 to 2010.The marginal dose ranged from 15~25Gy in essential epilepsy and 8~20Gy in secondary epilepsy.Results The follom-up period ranged from 13~135（mean 67）months.The availability of 76 patients with essential epilepsy is 68.4%.The effective rate of 79 patients with secondary epilepsy is 79.7%.The two kind isn’t statistically significant.The percentage of secondary epilepsy after gamma knife with content and predominance improvement is higher.Conclusion Gamma knife is a safe and effective method with low complications to treat epilepsy,which maybe better for secondary epilepsy.
