摘　　要：本文依托北京市海淀区人民检察院近五年来的抗诉实践,在比较借鉴国外部分国家刑事抗诉制度的基础上,对我国目前的刑事抗诉制度及实践中存在的问题进行梳理,进而提出了完善我国的刑事抗诉制度的合理化建议。This paper exhibits the practices of criminal appeals by the People＇s Procuratorate of Haidian Dis- trict during the past 5 years. It compares and learns from the criminal appeal systems of some civil law countries, based on which it analyses the existing problems in China＇s criminal appeal system and practices and in turn tries to provide reasonable suggestions for improvement of our criminal appeal system.
