摘　　要：目的探究不同手术切口切除乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果比较分析。方法将我院收治的84例乳腺纤维瘤患者随机平均分为2组,分别为经乳晕弧形切口切除组和经放射切口切除组。术中观察并记录两组患者的术中平均出血量和手术平均时间,术后不良反应和并发症情况及患者对所采用手术方式满意情况的反馈。结果经乳晕弧形切口切除组的平均术中出血量少于放射切口切除组,不良反应和并发症也少于放射切口切除组,满意度较放射切口切除组高。结论乳晕弧形切口切除术的瘢痕较为隐蔽,对患者乳房的美观影响较小,更易为患者所接受,具有人性化的特点,可提高患者术后的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different surgical incision breast fibroma comparative analysis. Methods 84 cases in our hospital breast adenofibroma patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, respectively incision through the areola curved incision group and by radiation to the resection group. Technique to observe and record the average amount of bleeding in the two groups of patients with surgery and the mean operative time, postoperative adverse events and complications, and patients on the surgical approach satisfaction feedback. Results The areola curved incision group, the average blood loss was less than the radiation incision group, adverse reactions and complications are also less than the radiation incision group, satisfaction resection group compared with radiation incision. Conclusion The the areola curved incision scar excision is more subtle, beautiful and less impact on patients with breast, but thought that the patients receive humane characteristics, can improve the quality of life of pa- tients.
