摘　　要：评价降眼压药物在青光眼治疗方面的效果。分类论述降眼压药物在青光眼治疗方面的作用机制,临床应用,副作用等。降眼压药物主要应用于开角型青光眼和高眼压症,以及闭角型青光眼急性发作期、术后。降眼压药物是有效的治疗青光眼的常规用药。To explore the medication effect of glaucoma after the pharmaceutical preparations of ocular hypotensive effect, Classi- fied on the pharmaceutical preparations to treat glaucoma in the role of the mechanism,clinical application and side effects,etc. Drug therapy is the main application in glaucoma and ocular hypertension and the acute attack in the angly closure glaucoma,after the oparetion. Pharmaceutical preparations of ocular hypotensive effect is a regular medication for glaucoma.
