摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜下泪道Nd：AYG激光联合置双管治疗复发性鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效。方法对102例（102只眼）患者采用鼻内窥镜下Nd：AYG激光治疗，并泪道置双管3个月，术后定期冲洗泪道及鼻腔。结果随访1～2年，治愈90只眼，占88．24％；好转7只眼，占6．86％；总有效率95．10％。无效5只眼，占4．90％。结论鼻内窥镜下泪道激光联合置双管治疗复发性鼻泪管阻塞效果好，成功率高，操作简单，并发症及损伤少，是治疗鼻泪管阻塞的良好的选择。Objective To investigate the therapeutic affects of endoscopic Nd：YAG laser combined with two tubes insertion for patients with recurrent nasolacrimar duct obstruction. Methods A total of 102 patients were treated by means of used endoscope combined Nd：AYG laser with two tubes intubation in the lacrimal duct for 3 months, irrigating lacrimal duct was applied regularly. Results After followed up 1-2years, symptoms was completely resolved in 90 eyes （88.24%）, improved in 7 eyes （6.86%） and failed in 4 eyes, the total effective rate was 95.10%. Conclusions This is a safe and an effective technique for recurrent nasolacrimal duct obstruction. There are many advantages such as high successful rate, simplicity, less complication and injury. It may serve as an alternative method for the treatment of nasolacrimaduct obstruction.
