角膜异物弧形铲在眼科的临床应用观察报告

摘　　要：目的观察用角膜异物弧形铲治疗热性金属性角膜异物的效果。方法一组用角膜异物弧形铲治疗50例患者；另一组用异物针或用注射器针头治疗50例患者，对比两组治疗金属性角膜异物的效果结果用角膜异物弧形铲，操作安全，简便、术后比对比组伤口愈合快．治疗病程短。结论角膜异物弧形铲治疗的优点：（1）可一次完成处理角膜异物的治疗目的；（2）避免了刺入前房的危险。角膜异物弧形铲是一种操作简便、安全可靠的治疗工具。Objective To detect the treatment effect of metallicity corneal foreign body with a Arc shovel. Methods Two groups of each contained 50 patients with mctallicity corneal foreign body respectively. One group was treated with a Arc shovel, while the other group was treated with foreign body needle or syringe needle, and the two methods were compared in the end. Results Both methods could be used for the treatment of metallicity corneal foreign body, however, a Arc shovel was safer, more convenient and the result was better （including course of disease and wound healing）. Conclusions The advantages of the Arc shovel for the treatment is as the follows： 1. Achieve the purpose at one time. 2. It can avoid the possibillity of penetrating into anterior chamber. 3. The Arc shovel is worth being extended on account of the benefit.
