摘 要:建立了斜轴式液压变压器的排量模型、转矩模型和变压比模型,分别推导出变压比与补油口压力、负载口流量以及油液粘度的导数关系式,在此基础上,得到了这些因素对变压比的影响特性。理论分析与试验结果表明:补油口压力对变压比的作用受配流盘转角的影响,在不同的配流盘转角下,补油口压力的增大可能会提高或减小变压比,也有可能不影响变压比;增大负载口流量会减小变压比,而减小油液粘度会提高变压比;液压变压器变压过程中存在一个最大变压比点,而且负载口流量越大,最大变压比点出现越早。The mathematic models of displacement, angular torque and pressure transformation ratio about angle type hydraulic transformer were built. The derivative relationship between pressure transformation ratio and pressure of feed circuit, flow of load circuit and viscosity were deduced respectively. Based on it, the influence characteristics of the three factors on pressure transformation ratio were got. The result of analysis and test shows that rotations of valve plate influence the role of pressure of feed circuit on pressure transformation ratio, the increment of pressure of feed circuit may bring increment, decrease, or nothing to pressure transformation ratio with different rotation of valve plate. The increment in flow of load circuit results to decrease the pressure transformation ratio, while the decrease in viscosity resuits to decrease pressure transformation ratio. And there is one maximum point in the process of increasing pressure transformation ratio, and more flow of load circuit can make the time of maximal point of pressure transformation ratio appear more early.
