摘　　要：从规模上看,地方工科院校占据着全国工科教育的半壁江山,在经过高等教育大发展之后,地方工科院校也面临着许多问题,也有着重大的发展机遇。这些问题和机遇要求地方工科院校必须要创新发展,先行先试,改革人才培养模式,提高教育质量,培养应用型人才,服务地方经济社会发展。In terms of scale, the local engineering colleges occupy half of the national engineering education. After the great development of higher education, the local engineering colleges are also facing many problems as well as significant development opportunities. These problems and opportunities require local engineering colleges to innovate and develop as well as reform the talents training model, to improve the quality of education, cultivate applied talents and provide services for local economic and social development.
