摘　　要：数字资源已成为高校图书馆文献信息资源的重要组成部分,对数字资源的访问管理是数字资源管理的组成部分。关于数字资源读者访问许可协议的签订,可以采用电子方式进行,也就是图书馆主页中的远程访问服务,首先连接的是"数字资源访问许可协议"页面,只有在已阅读协议内容并选"同意"按钮之后,才可以进入下一步的远程登录页面。Digital resources has been an important part of information resources in universities. The access management of digital resources is an inte gral part of digital resources management. The agreement of access permission for digital resources users can be signed electronically. That is to say in the home page of libraries, users firstly connect to the web of ＂accessing agreement of digital resources＂. They can go to the login page after they read the agreement content and click ＂agree＂ button.
