摘　　要：目的探讨老年缺血性肠病保守治疗患者的合理营养支持治疗的方法,总结其临床疗效及应用价值。方法选取2009年1月至2011年1月20例缺血性肠病的老年患者,均采取保守治疗及肠内+肠外营养支持,观察治疗效果,进行统计学分析。结果 20例患者治疗后总蛋白、前清蛋白、清蛋白、转铁蛋白、纤维连接蛋白水平明显比治疗前升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性肠病的老年患者经保守治疗后给予合理的营养支持治疗,能有效改善临床症状,防止低蛋白血症的发生,提高临床治愈率,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the significance of reasonable nutritional support therapy in elderly patients with ischemic bowel disease by conservative treatment and to summarize its clinical efficacy and significance. Methods Twenty elderly patients with ischemic bowel disease in this hospital during January 2009 to January 2011 were conservatively treated with enteral and parenteral nutrition support therapy, and their effica- cy of treatment was observed and evaluated by statistical analysis. Results The blood levels of total protein, prealbumin, albumin, transferrin and fibronectin in 20 patients were significantly elevated after treatment in comparison with pre - treatment, and there was significantly statistical differ- ence compared before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Reasonable nutritional support therapy in ederly patients with ischemic bowel disease after conservative treatment can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and it may prevent the occurrence of hypoalbuminemia and raise clinical cure rate, hence it has important clinical significance.
