摘 要:由于高速公路里程、机动车数量及其运载能力的持续增加,作为交通运输枢纽的桥梁,正面临着一种越来越严重的威胁,即车辆对桥墩的撞击。目前中、美、英等国的设计规范均对桥墩防撞设计作出了相关规定,然而分析发现:各国规范仍大都采用简单的静力设计法,没有考虑桥墩刚度、延性等参数对撞击力的影响;一些规范的理论来源非常含糊,而另一些则只是简单地参考别国规范,其有效性值得怀疑。我国规范未对桥墩防车辆撞击设计的具体条件作出明确规定,设计人员须自行判断该桥墩是否需要考虑车辆撞击力,这种消极的规定往往造成实际工程中对车辆撞击作用的忽视。有鉴于此,从桥墩防护结构和桥墩自身结构两个方面对桥墩防车辆撞击研究进行了评述,指出了目前存在的主要问题并提出了相应的建议。Along with the growth in freeway mileage, the amount and capacity of vehicles, bridges as traffic hinges are facing with a more and more serious risk, namely vehicle collision with pier. To date, the design specifications in many countries, such as China, US, Britain, etc., have included some provisions addressing vehicle collision with bridge piers. However, the review finds that (l) most of the provisions adopt a simple static design method, without considering the parameters of pier, such as stiffness and ductility ; (2) some of the origins of the provisions are rather vague, and others merely use foreign standard for reference, thus the effectiveness of these provisions is doubtable; (3) there is no provision addressing the prerequisite of the anti-collision design of piers in Chinese standard, and so designers should decide by themselves whether or not the collision force should be considered. This negative provision would probably result in a negligent of the collision effect in practice. In view of these, the studies on vehicle anti-collision on bridge piers from the aspects of protective structure around the bridge pier and the pier itself were reviewed. Some major problems and proposals were presented.
