地方性理工类院校本科人才培养体系探析

摘　　要：结合学校办学实践,对地方性理工类院校本科教育人才培养目标以及人才培养体系的核心要素进行分析与探讨,提出以培养"好学、好思、好动、好用"人才为目标,以"校内外互动的本科人才培养模式、课内外一体的实践教学模式、全过程多元化的教学质量管理模式"为支撑的地方性理工科院校本科人才培养体系。With running experiences of the school for many years, this paper want to analyze personnel training objectives and the core elements of talents training System of regional Universities and colleges in science and engineering, and it suggests a talents training System of regional Universities and colleges in science and engineering training talents of ＂loving learning, loving thinking, loving hands, easy to use＂ as the target and constructing a internal and external interaction of undergraduate talents training mode, integrated inside and outside class of practice teaching model and diversify and whole process of teaching quality management model as the backing.
