摘  要:对光电平台的角振动对光学成像系统传递函数(MTF)的影响进行了研究,利用几何分解方法将角振动分解、等效成像点相对于像面的线振动,建立了角振动参数与像点相对像面的线振动参数的关系式,并通过分析纵向、横向的高频、低频线振动对光学系统MTF的影响,推导出线振动参数与MTF的量化关系式,得到了对应的角振动参数对系统MTF影响的量化关系。结合工程实际,分析了各频率角振动的来源,提出了减小角振动对成像质量影响的具体措施。This paper analyzed the influences of angular vibration on MTF in optical imaging sys- tems. First, according to the characteristics of angular vibration, angular vibration was decomposed into linear vibration relative to the focal plane, and the relation between angular vibration and the line- ar vibration was established. Second, principle with the product of each individual MTF was the total MTF, the influences of angular vibration on MTF in optical imaging systems were derived. Finally, the various sources of angular vibration frequency were analyzed with practical engineering, and the methods reducing the angular vibration effects on image quality of the optical system were proposed.
