摘 要:针对纺织厂空调监控系统实时性的要求,提出基于ZigBee技术的纺织厂织造车间空调运行监控系统,给出监控系统的结构。选用西门子的S7-300PLC作为系统的主控制器,使用基于ZigBee技术的芯片CC2430组成空调系统的环境数据采集与传输、设备运行控制的控制器。给出车间环境数据采集节点、监控网络主节点和设备控制节点电路,设计了以二次加权融合的传感器数据处理算法和系统控制流程,提高了系统检测与控制精度。运行结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,抗干扰,能耗低,体积小,成本低。In response to the requirement of real-time monitoring of textile mill's air-conditioning, a monitoring system based on ZigBee technology is put forward. S7-300 PLC from Siemens is chosen as the master controller for this system, and CC2430 chips that are based on ZigBee technology consist of the controllers for environmental data collection and transmission and air conditioning equipment operation control of air-conditioning system. Then the article devised a circuit schematic for workshop environmental data collecting nodes, monitoring network main nodes, and node circuits for equipment control. The secondary weighted fusion algorithm of the sensor data processing and the control flow of the system were designed, that enhanced the precision of detection and control of the system. The operational results showed that the system is reliable, resistant to interference, low in energy consumption, compact and low in cost.
