摘　　要：中空纤维微孔膜在脱除菌体时,除菌率在99.98%以上,在0.104 MPa下的膜通量为12.9L/m2.h,在0.016MPa下膜通量为4.8L/m2.h,迅速的除掉菌体是抑制酸败的保障。中空纤维微孔膜膜清洗结合内压式和外压式两种方式来使用,可以迅速的提高膜通量,恢复膜污染。利用安捷伦气相色谱仪测定谷氨酸滤液,在180℃恒温、保留时间40min的条件下,各个色谱峰可以很好的分离开,色谱条件符合气质联用仪条件。从气质联用的质谱库中可以鉴定出在谷氨酸上清滤液中含有呋喃甲醛。海泡石、膨润土、粉末炭等可以在原液pH条件下作为脱色剂使用。Multifiltration membrane was used to remove microbe in fermentation liquid . The results showed that 99.98% of bacteria were removed when the pressure is 0. 104 MPa,the flux is 12.9 L/m^2·h, the pressure is 0.16 MPa and the flux is 4. 8 L/m^2 · h. By two methods of inner-compression and outer-compression, the membrane-Cleaning using multifiltration membrane can improve membrane flux rapidly, restore the mem- brane contamination. To analysis glutamic acid filtrate through the use of Agilent GC, chromatographic con- ditions that temperature is 180 ＂C and retention time is 40 rain can continue to do GC-MS in order that various peaks can be well separated. The supernatant filtrate liquie of glutamic acid contains furaldehyde can he identified from the GC mass spectra library.
