摘　　要：目的探讨一种重睑成形术同期行内眦赘皮矫正术的方法和技巧。方法对38例伴有内眦赘皮的单睑患者,在重睑成形术同期行"V"形皮瓣去除法矫正内眦赘皮。结果所有患者随访3～12个月,术后重睑形态自然,内眦赘皮均得到纠正,瘢痕不明显。结论重睑成形术同期行"V"形皮瓣去除法矫正内眦赘皮是一种简单、实用、有效的手术方式。Objective Discuss a kind of double eyelid plasty combined with epicanthus methods and techniques. Methods 38 patients with epicanthus fold and Single eyelid were performed the medial canthoplasty with＂V shaped skin flap＂method. Results After 3 to 12 months following up,they were all satisfied,with the natural double eyelid contour, concealed scar and no recurrence. Conclusion The method of construction of double eyelid combined with ＂V shaped skin flap＂is a simply and effective for the Single eyelid patients with epicanthus.
