外燥对两种品系小鼠气管纤毛运动影响的意义评价

摘　　要：目的评价外燥对昆明种小鼠和BABL/c小鼠气管纤毛运动的影响与意义。方法 136只BABL/c(SPF)和136只(SPF)昆明种小鼠随机分为常温常湿组、常温燥组、温燥组、凉燥组,每组各34只。按文献造模后第6天、12天检测气管组织病理、气管纤毛运动(CM)与气管液黏多糖(RM)含量。结果与BABL/c小鼠和昆明种小鼠常温常湿组比较,温燥组、凉燥组第6～12天气管纤毛缺损、黏膜腺体化生伴炎性细胞浸润;昆明种小鼠温燥组第12天、BABL/c小鼠温燥组、凉燥组第6～12天RM下降(P<0.05)。两个品系常温常湿组CM稳定且品系间无差异,与燥相关3个组CM均为加快且均以第12天明显(P<0.01)。结论外燥伤肺使气道津液散失骤增,细胞与腺体病变致分泌减少,肺气失宣则津液不能及时输布,气道"纤毛-黏液毯"粘滞性增加和深度下降,合以炎性病理刺激使纤毛运动加速但转运率下降,继之气道炎性渗液滞凝为痰而致病;结果还为筛选外燥伤肺、耗津病机特异性指标提供资料。Objective To evaluate the effects of the Cilia movement for two specie mice in external dryness. Methods 136 BABL/c and 136 Kunming species mice（SPF） were randomized into the normal temperature and humidity group（A）,normal temperature-dryness（B）,Warm-dryness group（C） and Cool-dryness group（D） with 34 BABL/c and 34 Kunming in each.The model was established with the documents.On days 6,12 pathogenicity and Cilia movement（CM） and resperitory mucopolysacharide（RM） were measured respectively. Results Compared with group A of the two specie,on days 6-12,the ciliated cells were piece loss,hyperplasia of the resperitory glands with infiltrated of inflammatory cells,and reduced of RM（P〈0.05） in group C of KM（on day 12） and in group D of BABL/c（on days 6-12）.CM were relatively stable and similar to group A of the two specie,but noticeable sped in group B,C and D on day 12（P〈0.01） Conclusion The pathogenical mechanism of external dryness in autumn can speed the evaporation of the fluids of airway and swelling of the goblet cells and hyperplasia of the resperitory glands in BABL/c and kunming mice and reduced the secrete and nourish,incease the glue and lessene of the quantity of the＂fluid-lung＂,rapid of the movement but lower the transportation rate of the cilia as precipitated the inflammatory secretes turn to＂sticky-sputum＂.It is useful to research the special pathologic mark to＂injuring-lung＂and＂exhausting-fluid＂of external dryness.
