摘　　要：目的探讨心理应激对甲状腺滤泡旁细胞合成分泌降钙素(CT)的影响。方法用光电复合刺激复制心理应激SD大鼠动物模型,用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析仪观察在不同应激条件大鼠甲状腺滤泡旁细胞CT的表达。结果应激各组CT阳性细胞数和平均光密度值均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。且实验组组间CT阳性细胞数和平均光密度值差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理应激明显抑制大鼠滤泡旁细胞合成分泌降钙素。Objective To study the effects of psychological stress on the calcitonin expression of thyroid in rats. Methods Light and electricity were combined as psychological factors to stimulate SD male rat. Immunobistochemical technique and image analysis were used to assess the expression levels of calcitonin in thyroid. Results CT positive cells and optical density were significantly different compared with each other among experiment groups and control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Psychological stress may decrease the calcitonin synthesis and secretion of thyroid parafillicular cell in rats.
